About the role#
The Regulatory Affairs Co-Op supports the U.S. Regulatory Affairs team by organizing and reviewing FDA submissions, correspondence, and regulatory documentation. You will help build a centralized repository of knowledge to support future product development and innovation. This role offers exposure to the regulatory processes behind a diverse portfolio of consumer healthcare products, including OTC medicines, medical devices, and dietary supplements.
What you'll do#
- Support the management and organization of FDA submissions, correspondence, and regulatory records.
- Maintain regulatory databases, tracking tools, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Review historical regulatory information to identify trends, insights, and key learnings.
- Prepare summaries and presentations to support Regulatory Affairs projects and knowledge management initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members on data management and continuous improvement efforts.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Sciences, Regulatory Science, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and manage data, records, and documentation.
- Ability to work accurately with information across multiple systems and databases.
- Interest in consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or Regulatory Affairs.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Previous internship, research, academic project, laboratory, or administrative experience.

- Location: Warren, New Jersey.
- Term: Winter 2027 (starting January 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office).
- Employment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid position.
