About the role#

Greenville University is seeking a motivated Student Worker to join the IT Department. This position involves providing technical support to students and employees across campus and assisting full-time staff with various IT operational projects.

What you'll do#

Provide technical support and assistance to students and employees.
Perform computer imaging tasks.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Handle equipment installations.
Assist full-time staff with ongoing IT operational projects.

What you'll need#

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Experience in customer service roles.
A coachable attitude and a growth mindset.
Software troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple systems.
