About the role#
This is a full-time Accounting Co-Op position based in Cincinnati, Ohio, for the summer of 2027. You will rotate through different departments, including Corporate Accounting, Investment Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Treasury Operations, to gain experience across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support monthly consolidated financial statements by preparing schedules and booking general ledger entries.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of monthly earnings packages.
- Prepare annual and quarterly statutory-basis statements and filings.
- Record investment income and carrying values while investigating variances in investment results.
- Assist in preparing SEC forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 13-F, including proofreading and documentation.
- Create financial statements for collateralized loan obligations.
- Perform bank account reconciliations, transaction monitoring, and general account maintenance.
- Manage supplier payment methods and review supplier invoices for accuracy.
- Perform data validation and cleanup in Excel or ERP systems.
- Participate in treasury transformation or system upgrade projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during the summer of 2027.
- A 3.5 GPA or higher is preferred.
