About the role#
As a Workforce Transformation Intern, you will join our advisory practice to help companies refine their finance and operations functions. You will contribute to business process analysis, identify transformation opportunities, and assist in designing models that streamline operations. This role focuses on optimizing finance processes to help clients meet their long-term business goals.
What you'll do#
- Assess client finance operations and processes to identify transformation opportunities.
- Support project teams in helping clients work toward their long-term business goals.
- Analyze client challenges and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and support day-to-day project activities.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address client questions, issues, and needs.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Experience in data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex financial datasets.
- Demonstrated digital fluency through the use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies.
- Basic understanding of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Financial Benchmarking.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week).
