About the role#
This is an 11-week, full-time internship program based at our distribution center in Waco, Texas. The program runs during the summer of 2027. You will work alongside experienced leaders in supply chain and distribution operations to gain firsthand experience in our daily business. This role is designed to help you develop professional skills and serves as an introduction to our distribution center operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn the business through hands-on experience in day-to-day operations.
- Think critically to analyze situations and propose creative solutions to problems.
- Take initiative to impact operational performance, quality, and safety.
- Demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills when faced with challenges.
- Adapt to changing daily operations and handle ambiguous situations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited university. Rising seniors are preferred.
- Ability to relocate to and live in the Waco, Texas area for the duration of the program.
- Coursework in supply chain, logistics, transportation, operations management, or business administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment that involves standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
