About the role#
This 11-week internship program is designed for students interested in building a career in Human Resources. You will work alongside experienced professionals at the Store Support Center in Brentwood, Tennessee. The program provides exposure to HR programs, processes, and business partnerships while you contribute to initiatives that support team members across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support the analysis and reporting of HR data, workforce trends, and key metrics.
- Partner with HR teams to develop reports and dashboards.
- Assist the Compensation and Benefits team with day-to-day program administration.
- Conduct research, prepare materials, and analyze data related to employee benefits offerings.
- Partner with HR team members and cross-functional stakeholders to help drive communication and process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to relocate to the Greater Nashville Area for the duration of the internship.
