About the role#
This is an 11-week, full-time internship based at our Distribution Center in Macon, Georgia. You will work alongside HR and Operations leaders to support programs that impact our team members. This role provides hands-on experience with the team member lifecycle, including recruiting, training, and policy compliance.
What you'll do#
- Support the communication and application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Help analyze workforce data, exit interview feedback, and other metrics to identify trends.
- Assist with recruiting for hourly and technical roles, including reviewing applications and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development activities for distribution center staff.
- Support new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor or master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to relocate to and reside in the Macon, Georgia area for the duration of the internship.
