About the role#
This 11-week internship program is based in Macon, Georgia, and begins in May 2027. It is a full-time, paid position designed for students who want to build a career in supply chain and operations leadership. You will work on-site at a Distribution Center, learning the day-to-day operations that support our stores and customers. The program focuses on developing future leaders through mentorship and hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience across Distribution Center operations, including product flow, productivity, quality, and safety.
- Partner with center leaders and team members to support daily operational goals.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to projects focused on operational performance and safety initiatives.
- Build leadership skills by communicating expectations and working with team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience from work, internships, campus organizations, or extracurricular activities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to relocate to and reside in the Macon, GA area for the duration of the internship.
