    About the role#

    This 11-week internship program is based in Macon, Georgia, and begins in May 2027. It is a full-time, paid position designed for students who want to build a career in supply chain and operations leadership. You will work on-site at a Distribution Center, learning the day-to-day operations that support our stores and customers. The program focuses on developing future leaders through mentorship and hands-on experience.

    What you'll do#

    • Gain experience across Distribution Center operations, including product flow, productivity, quality, and safety.
    • Partner with center leaders and team members to support daily operational goals.
    • Analyze operational challenges and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
    • Contribute to projects focused on operational performance and safety initiatives.
    • Build leadership skills by communicating expectations and working with team members.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience from work, internships, campus organizations, or extracurricular activities.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to relocate to and reside in the Macon, GA area for the duration of the internship.
