About the role#
This 11-week summer internship offers students hands-on experience in supply chain and operations leadership. You will work on-site at our Distribution Center in Casa Grande, Arizona, starting in May 2027. This program is designed to build your skills in product flow, safety, and team leadership while preparing you for potential future roles as a Distribution Center Supervisor.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience across Distribution Center operations to understand product flow, productivity, quality, and safety.
- Partner with leaders and team members to support daily operational priorities and performance goals.
- Analyze operational challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
- Contribute to projects focused on operational efficiency, quality, and safety.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through jobs, internships, campus organizations, or extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to relocate to and live in the Casa Grande, Arizona area for the duration of the internship.
