About the role#
This 11-week internship program is designed for students interested in supply chain and operations leadership. You will work on-site at our Hagerstown distribution center beginning in May 2027. The program provides hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced leaders to help develop your professional skills. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.
What you'll do#
- Learn about product flow, productivity, quality, and safety within a distribution center.
- Partner with center leaders and team members to support daily operational goals.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend solutions to improve performance.
- Contribute to projects focused on operational efficiency and safety.
- Build leadership and communication skills by working with teams in an active environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience from previous jobs, internships, campus organizations, or extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to relocate to and reside in the Hagerstown, Maryland area for the duration of the program.
