About the role#
The Distribution Center Ops Internship is an 11-week program based in Frankfort, New York. It runs full-time starting in May 2027. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience with daily operations and develop leadership skills. The program serves as a foundation for those interested in a career as a Distribution Center Supervisor.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Rising seniors are preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience from work, internships, campus organizations, or extracurricular activities.
- Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to relocate to and reside in the Frankfort, New York area for the duration of the internship.
Location & details#
- Location: Frankfort, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Work environment: You will work in a warehouse setting subject to temperature extremes and the movement of mobile and fixed equipment. Physical requirements include walking, standing, kneeling, stooping, bending, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
