About the role#
The Financial Due Diligence Intern supports our Transaction Advisory practice during Summer 2027. You will work alongside partners, senior executives, and peers to assist with the planning, execution, and completion phases of financial due diligence engagements. This role involves working on both sell-side and buy-side transactions across diverse industries.
What you'll do#
- Manage data flow and monitor the dataroom throughout the deal process.
- Work with the offshore support team to build analysis packages that interpret financial data.
- Create custom analyses to identify key insights for clients.
- Drive the deal process by communicating with key parties and managing internal and external deadlines.
- Attend meetings with clients, target company management, private equity firms, and investment bankers.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize large datasets and financial information.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including time management and project planning.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at the office or a client site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
