About the role#
As a Customer Transformation Intern, you will support our advisory professionals in helping organizations solve complex business problems. You will work on projects that develop value creation strategies, including assessing marketing and sales investments, understanding customer experience drivers, and implementing go-to-market strategies. You will be part of a team that helps clients achieve their vision while gaining experience in a professional services environment.
What you'll do#
- Manage ambiguous and unstructured problems to develop long-term business strategies.
- Construct pragmatic frameworks and approaches to address client needs.
- Utilize various data collection techniques, including quantitative and qualitative analyses, to synthesize actionable insights.
- Define and evaluate customer and brand strategies that reflect market and competitive drivers.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively in both written and verbal formats to stakeholders.
- Partner with team members to share responsibility for the success of client engagements.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated digital fluency, including the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI tools.
- Proven ability to work in teams and meet tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Critical thinking skills and a motivation for professional development.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a firm office or client site).
- Compensation: $37 per hour.
- Status: Full-time internship.
