About the role#
This co-op position supports the Relay Maintenance department. You will work on-site at our substation facilities to assist test engineers with commissioning and maintaining protective relay and control equipment.
What you'll do#
- Learn the role through on-the-job training and attendance at scheduled training classes.
- Study instruction books, technical diagrams, and departmental documentation independently.
- Gain knowledge of the Protective System and Maintenance Program (PSMP) and related compliance requirements.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university Co-op or Intern program.
- A GPA of 2.7 or higher.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Submission of an unofficial transcript and a resume.

- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site position. Work from home is not available.
