    About the role#

    As a Controls Product Management Intern, you will join the team in Longmont to support our industrial technology business. You will gain hands-on experience by working alongside program and product managers, collaborating with departments such as Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain. This role provides exposure to our controls manufacturing plant and the strategic planning processes that drive our operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Take ownership of a project to address a specific business challenge.
    • Develop standard work and processes to improve efficiency across functions.
    • Report on project progress and status to senior leaders.
    • Apply your academic knowledge to deliver solutions and support team objectives.
    • Participate in training and mentorship to build skills in product and program management.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program.
    • A major in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, without rounding.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

    • Location: Longmont, Colorado.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Employment type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: $1,000 to $2,000 per week, depending on experience and skills.
    • Note: This role is ineligible for company benefits.
