About the role#
This internship offers a chance to join the Controls Product Management team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on projects that bridge the gap between engineering and business strategy. You will receive mentorship from product and program managers while gaining exposure to our controls manufacturing operations.
What you'll do#
- Own and develop a solution to address a business challenge using visual management.
- Collaborate with teams in Engineering, Commercial, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Develop standard work and processes to improve business efficiency.
- Report project status and progress to senior leadership.
- Apply your academic knowledge to complete assigned projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Major in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

- Location: Longmont, Colorado.

- Compensation: $1,000 to $2,000 per week.
