About the role#
We are looking for a Construction Management Intern to join our team in St. Louis for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in construction services. This is a full-time, paid internship that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
What you'll do#
- Support client projects by participating in construction observation and site inspections.
- Interface with project teams and task managers.
- Review and update submittal status reports.
- Assist in the preparation of schedule reports.
- Maintain project files, documentation, and logs.
- Manage the online project document control system.
- Attend project meetings and assist with recording minutes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in construction management through coursework, previous internships, or work experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.

- Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Summer 2027 (mid-May through mid-August).
- Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Note: This position requires a criminal background check.
