About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in New York City for the summer of 2027. You will work within our Construction Management department on a variety of client projects. You will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced construction professionals throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Support client projects through construction observation and inspection activities.
- Interface with project teams and task managers.
- Review and update submittal status reports.
- Assist with the preparation of schedule reports.
- Maintain project files, documentation, and logs.
- Manage the online project document control system.
- Attend project meetings and assist with meeting minutes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated interest in the construction industry through coursework, internships, or previous work experience.
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel and management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Term: Mid-May through mid-August 2027.
- Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
