About the role#
We are hiring a Construction Management Intern to join our team in Woodbury. You will work on real client projects and receive mentorship from experienced construction professionals. This is a paid, full-time position that offers a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Participate in construction observation and inspection of construction activities.
- Interface directly with project teams and task managers.
- Review and update submittal status reports.
- Assist with the preparation of schedule reports.
- Maintain project files, documentation, and logs.
- Manage the online project document control system.
- Attend project meetings and assist with recording minutes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in construction management through coursework, prior internships, or work experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Capacity to interface with all levels of personnel and management.
- Willingness to perform work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Employment Status: Full-time, hourly.
- Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
