About the role#
This internship offers a mix of research, learning, and project execution for real clients. You will join an advisory team to help organizations improve performance and leadership. We focus on building your business knowledge, presentation skills, and data analysis abilities throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Learn from mentors and experts who guide your professional growth.
- Collaborate on consulting work for Gallup clients.
- Develop workplace solutions that foster growth.
- Use human and artificial intelligence to turn data into actionable steps for leaders.
- Design, implement, and present an employee engagement project.
- Receive regular feedback to refine your consulting skills.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program, specifically in Business Administration.
- Anticipated graduation by spring 2028.
- Current enrollment at a college or university within a 250-mile radius of Washington, D.C.
- Prior experience in project management, business development, fundraising, recruitment, sales, or entrepreneurial efforts.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a record of strong performance in school or volunteer activities.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 12-week internship for Summer 2027.
- You must work 40 hours per week.
- The role is hybrid, with a requirement to work on-site at the Washington, D.C. office Monday through Thursday.
- This position is paid at $25 per hour.
- We do not provide employment visa sponsorship for this role.
