About the role#
This internship offers a mix of research, learning, and project execution for real clients. You will join an advisory team that uses research to help organizations improve their workplaces and leadership. We focus on building your business knowledge, data analysis skills, and presentation abilities while supporting your career development.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate on consulting work for Gallup clients.
- Develop workplace solutions that foster growth.
- Combine human and artificial intelligence to turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders.
- Design, implement, and present an employee engagement project.
- Receive developmental feedback to hone your consulting skills.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program at a college or university within a 250-mile radius of Omaha.
- Experience in project management, business development, fundraising, recruitment, sales, or entrepreneurial efforts.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and strong performance in education or volunteer activities.
- Anticipated graduation by spring 2028.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- You must work on-site at the Omaha office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
- We do not offer employment visa sponsorship for this position.
