About the role#
Trinity Life Sciences is looking for a Product Strategy & Operations Intern to join our Digital & AI team for the Summer 2027 term. You will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that guide our product organization. This role focuses on shaping priorities and improving processes across our product, design, and data science functions. You will gain experience through formal training and mentorship while working on real-world projects.
What you'll do#
- Work with Product, AI, Data Science, Design, and Business leads to shape product strategy and operational plans.
- Conduct market, competitive, and business research to inform strategic recommendations.
- Implement initiatives to improve how we build products, staff teams, and track performance.
- Collaborate with business functions to refine reporting, hiring, and staffing processes.
- Ask questions to help determine which opportunities to prioritize and how to align them with business needs.
- Track metrics related to product performance, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes.
- Surface insights and recommendations for improvement based on your analysis.
- Support the education of internal stakeholders and clients on product roadmaps and strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate program in business, economics, STEM, or a related field, with one year remaining in your studies.
- Prior work experience of 1 to 3 years in strategy, consulting, product management, or a similar business or technical role is desired.
- A resilient and proactive approach to solving problems.
- Strong initiative and the ability to see ideas through to completion.
- A high degree of ownership and responsibility for your work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Capability to switch between high-level strategic thinking and detailed operational tasks.
- A willingness to learn, particularly regarding AI.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship running from June 14, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- The role is based in our Waltham, Massachusetts or San Francisco, California offices.
- This position operates on a hybrid model, requiring 2 to 3 days per week in the office.
