About the role#
As a Commercial Strategy Summer Associate, you will join project teams alongside staff, management, and leadership. You will gain exposure to strategic business issues while working with clients ranging from small biotech firms to large pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. This 9-week program includes formal and informal training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build analytical and communication skills.
What you'll do#
- Conduct secondary research using healthcare databases to inform analyses on drug pricing and clinical pipelines.
- Use analytical tools, including forecast models, to support client decision-making.
- Coordinate and conduct primary market research with physicians, patients, and payers.
- Interpret, analyze, and synthesize clinical, scientific, and business data.
- Develop presentations and outputs for client deliverables in collaboration with your team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program, specifically as a rising senior or student with one year remaining in your studies.
- Academic background in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

- Compensation: $35 per hour for a 40-hour work week.
