About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers MBA students a chance to address real business challenges at Gallo. You will take ownership of a meaningful project and gain hands-on experience with the same level of responsibility as full-time employees. The program serves as a direct pipeline to the Finance Strategic Leadership Development Program, which is an accelerated rotational experience for future finance leaders.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate business performance and assess supply positions.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies.
- Support long-term production planning.
- Help shape strategic growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Build leadership capabilities while working on high-impact priorities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the first year of an MBA program from a Tier 1 Business School, with a graduation date by June 2028.
- At least three years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, military, operations, sales, consulting, or the alcoholic beverage industry.
- Experience presenting information to top management groups.
- Must be 18 years or older.
