About the role#
As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by working on projects that impact our business operations. This 12-week program allows you to work alongside our Finance team, participate in professional networking, and engage in community service initiatives. You will receive coaching and feedback from leadership throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Track capital projects by monitoring spend and performing budget-to-actual analysis.
- Assist with fixed asset accounting, including reconciliations, additions, and disposals.
- Maintain depreciation schedules and help with monthly reporting.
- Analyze financial data and build reports.
- Partner with the team on process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information.
- Complete and present a final finance project that provides business insights.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Sophomore status by the start of the program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

- Location: Massillon, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 25 to August 13).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, part-time internship.
