About the role#
We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship. You will support our finance department in budgeting, tracking, and decision support while gaining exposure to company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends.
- Use our ERP system and other financial tools to build reports and search data.
- Propose new solutions to improve how we use our financial tools.
- Create automation and process improvements for our finance and accounting models.
- Assist with various ad hoc finance and accounting projects.
- Follow companywide Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and adhere to food safety protocols.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior graduating in or before Spring 2028, majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- You share our mission to spread kindness.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred.
- You have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
- You solve difficult problems with efficient solutions.

- This role is based on-site at both our Plymouth, Minnesota and Elk River, Minnesota locations.
- The internship takes place during Summer 2027.
