About the role#
This is a paid, year-round internship based at our World Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas. You will work 20 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer. This role requires you to work on-site, and you must live within 60 miles of the facility.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Investor Relations, and Executive leadership.
- Assist with internal financial reporting and handle ad hoc requests.
- Calculate the company Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC).
- Conduct industry and market research using the Bloomberg terminal and S&P Capital IQ.
- Compile research from analysts.
- Work with cross-functional partners in Strategy, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics.
What you'll need#
- Status as an incoming junior, senior, or MBA student with at least one year of school remaining.
- A major in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Business.
- Previous work experience in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI, S&P Capital IQ, and AI platforms like Copilot and Claude.
- Strong critical thinking, research, and multitasking skills.
- A motivated, self-starting approach to your work.
- Your resume must state your expected graduation date and your area of study.
