About the role#
This is a 10-12 week paid summer internship for students interested in finance operations. You will work on projects that help you understand the food industry and how different departments contribute to overall business success. The program includes professional and social activities, plus a final presentation project for the executive leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Build financial models and support investment analysis.
- Create expense reports and prepare weekly or monthly financial reports.
- Input financial data into accounting systems and maintain organized documents.
- Assist with audits and support budget planning processes.
- Analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Create charts, dashboards, and presentations for management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the rest of the MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Location & details#
- Location: Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June to August).
- Schedule: Full-time with a hybrid work model.
- Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour.
