About the role#
Tyson Foods offers a year-round internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. This role focuses on project-based work that helps you develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills. We aim to convert high-performing interns into full-time team members after graduation.
What you'll do#

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student with at least one semester of school remaining.
- Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work as a collaborative self-starter.
- Previous work experience in any field is preferred, with specific experience in your discipline being a plus.
- Ability to commute to the facility within 60 miles or less.
- Your resume must include your expected graduation date and area of study.

- Location: Springdale, Arkansas.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Rolling, year-round.
- Hours: Up to 40 hours per week during the summer and up to 20 hours per week during the school year.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
