About the role#
Fresh Mark Inc. is offering a Human Resources Summer Internship for Summer 2027. This is a paid, part-time, on-site role based in Canton, Ohio. You will gain exposure to our business operations while working alongside our HR team.
What you'll do#
- Update our internal database with employee information, including benefits and organizational structure.
- Create and update forms and various communication materials.
- Assist with training initiatives.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with applicants.
- Help organize company events.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field at an accredited college or university.
- You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between plants.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are a self-motivated, proactive thinker with solid time and project management skills.
- You are comfortable working independently and within a team.
- You are able to follow safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- You must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
