About the role#
Fresh Mark Inc. is offering a paid Human Resources internship for Summer 2027 at our Salem, Ohio, facility. This part-time program runs from May 25, 2027, through August 13, 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in our HR department while supporting daily business operations.
What you'll do#
- Update our internal database with employee information, including benefits and organizational structure.
- Create and update forms and various communication materials.
- Assist with training initiatives.
- Screen resumes and applications for open roles.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with job applicants.
- Help organize company events.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old and currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently or within a team.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between plants.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Ability to follow all safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
