About the role#
Fresh Mark Inc. is offering a paid, full-time Brand & Customer Engagement Internship for Summer 2027. This 12-week program runs from May 25, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in brand management, including digital, shopper, experiential, and B2B marketing. You will also complete an individualized project to present to company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Assist with marketing and promoting new items to consumers.
- Coordinate events with Sugardale sports partners, such as the Cleveland Guardians, the Cleveland Browns, and the Professional Football Hall of Fame.
- Conduct product demonstrations at retail locations and special events.
- Perform store audits to check product presentation and packaging, then create recap reports.
- Travel to markets to execute promotional events and introduce the brand to consumers.
- Coordinate information for e-newsletters.
- Apply brand management concepts in a real-world setting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Junior status and at least 18 years of age by the start of the program.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to events.
- Availability from July 26 through August 8 to support the Annual Partnership Summit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, including some nights and weekends.
- Commitment to safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
