About the role#
Freestone Capital Management is seeking Wealth Management Interns for our Client Advisory Team in Seattle. This summer program runs from mid-June to August 2027 for a minimum of 9 weeks. You will gain hands-on experience in wealth management through workshops, projects, and daily assignments. The role includes training in financial planning, investments, and client service. Interns may complete a cross-functional project, presenting investment and planning recommendations to advisors based on real-world client scenarios.
What you'll do#
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Client Advisor Teams.
- Help organize, track, and assist with team projects.
- Provide back-office assistance by preparing forms such as account applications, beneficiary updates, and money movements.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and proposals for prospective client meetings.
- Organize client data and key information in our CRM and reporting systems.
- Take on additional ad hoc responsibilities as capacity allows.
What you'll need#
- Standing as a rising senior pursuing a degree in Finance.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and operational processes.
- Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and assume a high level of responsibility.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated client service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.

- Location: Seattle, Washington.

- Compensation: This is a paid position at $28 per hour.
- Status: Full-time.
- Benefits: Catered lunches Monday through Thursday. Potential for college credit if applicable. Please note that relocation and housing assistance are not provided.
