About the role#
Flagship Labs 127 is an early-stage company building a first-in-category platform based on novel device technology. As a Marketing & Creative Co-Op, you will work directly with the founding team to test market demand through live campaigns. You will own the creative process, write ad copy, and analyze performance data to inform our strategy.
What you'll do#
- Produce ad creative by shooting photo and video, pulling from stock libraries, and cutting variants for different personas.
- Write and refine Meta ad copy, including primary text, headlines, and calls to action.
- Manage daily logistics in Meta Ads Manager, such as ad sets, spend caps, and campaign records.
- Use quantitative performance metrics to iterate on creative and sharpen messaging.
- Support the launch of a Kickstarter campaign, including page copy, creative assets, backer updates, and driving traffic through paid ads.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the Northeastern University co-op program.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative work or ad copy you produced yourself.
- Hands-on experience with design and video tools like Canva, Figma, or CapCut.
- Ability to stay organized while tracking dozens of creative assets.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to own your work with minimal direction.
- An interest in social media marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, short-form video, or consumer wellness/direct-to-consumer marketing is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts.
- Term: January 2027 to June 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week on-site.
- Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour.
