About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Marketing Communications team at AgReliant Genetics. You will work alongside professionals to see how marketing connects to the broader business. The role focuses on practical skill development in networking, project management, and event execution.
What you'll do#
- Support event management for key company events, including National Sales Kickoff and Dealer Kickoff meetings.
- Build skills in event budgeting, vendor and venue management, branding, creative development, and communications.
- Create content for newsletters, websites, and social media.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Commercial, Agronomy, and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop project management experience through assigned tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
- Rising Junior or Senior status is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet motor vehicle requirements.

- This position is based on-site in Westfield, Indiana.
- This is a paid, part-time internship with a rolling term.
