About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship within the FIS University Program for Summer 2027. You will work with the People Office team to support talent acquisition, learning, employee relations, and workforce planning. The program runs from May 31, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support daily People Office programs, including documentation, policy administration, and employee inquiries.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and prepare reports for business decision-making.
- Partner with HR teams and managers to assist with onboarding, talent development, and engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, data science, communications, or management information systems, with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- You have basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools.
- You are fluent in English and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You demonstrate adaptability, a drive to learn, and the ability to solve problems.
- You can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- This role is on-site in Jacksonville, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; or Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week.
