About the role#
The FIS University Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity to work on team projects, attend professional development seminars, and work with mentors. This is a full-time, paid internship running from May 31, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will join the Client Services team, which acts as a partner to clients throughout their experience with FIS solutions. The team focuses on building relationships, coordinating issue resolution, and helping clients get the most value from their products.
What you'll do#
- Act as a primary contact for client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding specific customer needs.
- Analyze client requests, account activity, and service trends to find ways to improve processes.
- Assist with onboarding, service reviews, product education, and adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track issues and monitor service performance.
- Contribute to client retention efforts.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- You must be a rising senior graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools to support productivity and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Note: Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, full-time role (40 hours per week).
- Available locations: Jacksonville, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Milwaukee, WI.
