About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join a project management team focused on delivering business and technology initiatives. The program runs from May 31, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work alongside mentors, participate in team projects, and attend professional development seminars.
What you'll do#
- Support project planning by maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, and documenting deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, status updates, and communications to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and action items.
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, and preparing presentations for leadership.
- Maintain project documentation, governance records, and artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
- Track project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines to identify variances.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support change management activities.
- Build your knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program, specifically a rising senior graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- This role is on-site at one of the following locations: Jacksonville, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Milwaukee, WI.
- This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
