About the role#
We are looking for a Training Intern to join our Print and Packaging facility in Anderson, South Carolina. This is a full-time, paid role where you will focus on recording and creating operational training media to support our production teams.
What you'll do#
- Film and photograph machine processes within the facility using various recording devices.
- Edit captured media using video software and the TWI Lean Manufacturing approach.
- Use Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite to design and edit informational media.
- Collaborate with management and team leads to verify the accuracy of training content.
- Manage multiple projects at once while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Maintain organized records of all project files and components.
- Communicate regularly with the Training Manager to report progress for team meetings.
- Follow all safety rules, including the use of PPE and LOTO procedures.
- Practice good hygiene, maintain a respectful attitude, and follow company policies.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to print or packaging.
- Ability to work in environments that may include dust, gas, or fumes.
- Comfort working in hot, cold, wet, or humid conditions.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, reaching, and climbing ladders or steps.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
