About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Software Engineer Co-Op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Enterprise Modernization organization to work on financial technology projects. You will be integrated into an engineering team, receive mentorship from tech leads, and participate in the full software development lifecycle including agile sprints.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to mobile platform development using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- Help modernize banking domains by breaking down monolithic systems into scalable microservices.
- Design and build internal tools using generative AI tools and services.
- Automate manual workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities within an agile environment.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- You maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- You have familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks, specifically Java Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
