About the role#
As a Student on the Digital Transformation team, you will support efforts to build a client-centric and digital organization. You will work alongside stakeholders across the company to contribute to a key strategic initiative. This role provides an opportunity to gain insight into various divisions at Fidelity.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze information to help track project progress.
- Participate in the planning and execution of digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with your team on important strategic work.
- Interact with different business divisions to broaden your understanding of the firm.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a registered co-op program.
- Availability to work on a full-time basis for the duration of the term.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good judgment on when to take initiative and when to ask for help.
- Comfort interacting with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing demands.
- Current work authorization for Canada.
