About the role#
Fidelity Canada is seeking a Student for a CRM Support role for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in Toronto. You will join our team under a hybrid work arrangement. This role is intended for students currently enrolled in a registered co-op program.
What you'll do#
- Support Salesforce Administrators and Developers by creating new objects and fields.
- Configure user access to various Salesforce functionalities.
- Create validation rules to support application requirements.
- Perform unit testing on newly developed functionalities.
- Assist with database maintenance and daily support tasks for our Salesforce applications.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university degree program for Computer Science or Computer/Software Engineering, ideally in your 3rd or 4th year.
- Strong understanding of programming languages including Java and Javascript.
- Experience with the full software development life cycle.
- Working knowledge of databases and data models.
- Availability to work on a full-time basis for the duration of the term.
- Familiarity with Apex is considered an asset.
