About the role#
As a student in the Advisor Service Centre, you will support a team of professionals who communicate directly with clients. You will provide service in either French or English to meet client needs. This role is part of a co-op program designed to help you build professional skills, including communication, networking, and business etiquette. You will be paired with a mentor throughout your term.
What you'll do#
- Respond to requests and questions from investment professionals, their administrative support partners, and individual investors.
- Create positive client experiences by answering inquiries about accounts, products, and general services.
- Identify opportunities to provide value-added service to clients.
- Partner with team members and internal business groups to resolve account concerns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a registered university co-op program, ideally with a focus on business administration.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn and use technical systems quickly from a user perspective.
- Availability to work on a full-time basis for the duration of the term.
- Current work authorization for Canada.
- Prior customer service or telephone sales experience is an asset.

- This position is based in Montreal or Toronto.
- The work modality is hybrid.
- This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term.
