About the role#
The Premium Audit team supports commercial insurance operations by maintaining accuracy in policy processing. This internship provides hands-on experience with Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance in a professional environment. You will work on departmental assignments, network with other departments, and participate in corporate activities to learn about our business culture.
What you'll do#
- Process audits and policy changes for Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance.
- Learn core concepts related to premium auditing and commercial insurance.
- Support administrative and compliance functions through data entry.
- Participate in corporate activities designed to provide exposure to our industry and organization.
What you'll need#
- Current student status with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in commercial insurance, underwriting, or premium auditing.
- Ability to live out our corporate values of integrity, service, leadership, accountability, teamwork, and passion.
Location & details#
- Location: Manhattan, Kansas.
- Modality: On-site.
- Terms: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, and Fall 2027.
- Schedule: 15 to 20 hours per week during the academic year and 38.75 hours per week during the summer.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
