About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in West Des Moines, Iowa. You will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition by supporting our recruiting team. The program runs from May 2027 through May 2028. You will spend most of your time on project-based assignments, with additional time dedicated to networking and learning about our business operations.
What you'll do#
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for the internship program.
- Collaborate on recruiting efforts for full-time positions.
- Post jobs and schedule interviews.
- Process new hire information and complete background checks.
- Conduct candidate outreach calls.
- Create content for the internal TV channel.
- Assist with onboarding activities and new hire events.
- Participate in corporate activities and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Availability to work in person in West Des Moines, Iowa.
- Ability to work full-time hours during the summer and at least 15 hours per week during the academic year.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
