About the role#
This 10-week internship program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will work on projects that support the stability and affordability of housing in America. This is a full-time, paid position with an hourly rate of $33.00. Participants may be eligible for a 401(k) plan and commuter benefits.
What you'll do#
- Turn data into insights that help inform financial decisions.
- Explore how AI and technology can improve internal processes.
- Partner with Finance teams to analyze trends and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Support work that strengthens financial controls and risk management practices.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to grow your understanding of Finance.
What you'll need#
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Preferred GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Finance majors with coursework or experience in information systems or data science are preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot Studio, and SharePoint.
- Experience with ChatGPT, including building agents, skills, and projects.
Location & details#
This role is on-site at our offices in Washington, DC, or Reston, VA. Interns are expected to work on-site at their designated location.
