About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will join the Single-Family Risk Management team to work on projects related to loan acquisitions, market engagement, and servicing. Interns receive a set hourly rate of $33.00 and may be considered for future full-time opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to analyses and documentation of risk-based business proposals.
- Assist application developers and project managers with plans for system enhancements or upgrades.
- Gather data to prepare business analysis and share key insights with management.
- Participate in the management of operating procedure reviews and internal control documentation.
- Integrate advanced technology and AI into business processes.
- Complete a capstone project to demonstrate problem-solving and collaboration skills.
What you'll need#
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Data Science, Economics, or Statistics.
- A preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A strong analytical background and effective oral and written communication skills.

- This position is based on-site in Plano, Texas.
- The role is full-time for the duration of the 10-week program.
