About the role#
F&G is hiring an intern for the AI Strategy team for Summer 2027. You will support our IT department across software development life cycle activities, data management, and general delivery tasks. This role provides professional development and networking opportunities within the insurance industry.
What you'll do#
- Support teams using Agile processes and tools.
- Test and document software enhancements.
- Work with subject matter experts to analyze, validate, and use data for business stakeholders.
- Create release documentation.
- Analyze and solve business problems.
- Troubleshoot applications to resolve production issues.
- Assist team members and users with problem resolution.
- Perform general administrative support tasks.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- A willingness to learn SQL and data or software integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- High motivation and curiosity.
- Ability to complete duties in a timely and accurate manner.

- This is a remote, paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
