About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in University Relations. You will work 15-20 hours per week, supporting our recruitment efforts and campus outreach programs. This is a paid position.
What you'll do#
- Support campus recruitment activities for various college programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Manage the company presence on the Handshake platform.
- Assist in creating an intern job description bank and templates.
- Support talent branding by updating the careers site and creating social media content.
- Use ATS and CRM tools to manage recruiting activities.
- Work on various University Relations projects and report on program metrics.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Motivation to pursue a career in Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills and a customer centric mindset.
- Attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well with different teams.
Location & details#
- Location: Berlin, Connecticut.
- Modality: Hybrid, requiring work in the office two to three days per week.
- Schedule: 15-20 hours per week.
- Note: As part of the role, you may be called to assist during emergency situations.
