About the role#
We are hiring a Customer Service Intern to work at our head office in Mississauga. You will act as the main point of contact for our distributors, dealers, and industrial customers. Your work ensures that our accounts receive accurate support regarding their orders, product availability, and pricing inquiries.
What you'll do#
- Process customer orders using the SAP platform.
- Work with Sales, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to make sure orders arrive on time.
- Send updates to customers about shipment schedules, backorders, and current order status.
- Handle customer complaints, service concerns, and pricing discrepancies.
- Manage returns, credit requests, warranty claims, and escalations.
What you'll need#
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external customers.

- This role is based on-site in Mississauga, Ontario.
- This is a full-time, paid internship position with a rolling term.
